As Needed - Weekdays, Evenings, and Weekends About the Opportunity Squanou Technology Inc. is seeking experienced and dependable IT Deployment Technicians to support current and upcoming technology deployment projects in the Pittsburgh, PA area. We specialize in enterprise IT deployments, technology relocations, desktop support, and infrastructure services for major financial institutions and corporate clients. This is not a full-time position . We are building a local network of qualified technicians available for project-based assignments as client needs arise. We anticipate additional opportunities in the Pittsburgh market. Key Responsibilities Deploy, install, configure, and test desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals. Perform workstation disconnects and reconnects during office relocations. Support multi-monitor workstation setups, including financial trading environments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Perform equipment swaps, asset inventory, labeling, and cable management. Validate workstation functionality and resolve deployment issues. Follow client security policies and project procedures. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on IT deployment or desktop support experience. Previous experience supporting financial institutions, investment banks, hedge funds, or trading floors strongly preferred. Experience with Windows desktops, laptops, and enterprise IT environments. Familiarity with multi-monitor configurations and docking stations. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and follow deployment instructions. Reliable transportation within the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. Ability to pass client-required background screening. Engagement Details On-call / project-based assignments. No guaranteed weekly hours. Potential for recurring assignments as our Pittsburgh client portfolio expands.
