Company DescriptionPyramid is a leading Information Technology Consulting services company headquartered in metropolitan Atlanta, GA with prime emphasis on the following service offerings: Staff Augmentation Lifecycle IT solutions Application Development & Support Outsourced Testing Mobile Development and Test Automation Job DescriptionCarnegie Learning's Customer Support Department provides end user support for our suite of technology-based curricula. We are looking for highly motivated students to assist customers in using our educational software and services. Students will be a significant contributor to our customer satisfaction, and must treat each contact with the care and handling deserved by a valued customer.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge of Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

Ability to handle all support requests in a timely and professional manner.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, patience and friendly demeanor.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work scheduled shifts.

Student positions will primarily be working during evening hours (4pm-9pm). Spanish language skills are considered a plus but are not required.

Fluency in Spanish is not required, but is considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
Answer, research, and resolve customer questions via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner.

Log all customer correspondence in our tracking systemAnswer any questions regarding the technical functionality of the software and/or installation process.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to installations or general use of software.

Additional InformationThis is a Part Time position for those who is interested in making extra dollars working part time Monday to Friday 04:00 pm to 09:00 pm or 05:00pm to 09:00pm
