Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; six years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 2+ years of technical experience with Teamcenter Application (Ex. support, configurations, modifying code) Background in technical support assisting end users Willing and open to the potential of minimal travel for deployment

Day:
One of Insight Global's clients in the manufacturing industry Is looking for a Teamcenter Application Specialist to support their IT Applications Team. This fortune 500 client is one of the largest in the industry with a heavy international presence. This individual will be a part of one of their business units to support, enhance, and optimize their Teamcenter PLM environment. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring the application effectively supports business processes. You will provide application support, analyze business needs, define and implement solutions, and deliver user support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for the Teamcenter application, including issue troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current and future business processes Analyze requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within Teamcenter. Support configuration, customizations, and testing of Teamcenter solutions to meet business requirements. Participate in upgrades, patches, and new module implementations. Provide global functional support to end users, acting as a subject matter expert for Teamcenter. Develop and deliver user training sessions and documentation. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles. Code development for application interfaces and customizations Understand and meet quality and compliance requirements for the business
Compensation:
$22/hr to $32/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
