Job Summary This position is responsible for acting as sponsor for the health of the plant systems/components. Facilitate the effective engagement of assigned Plant Support Engineers to optimize performance of the team's systems in support of maximized station efficiency. Job Description Key Accountabilities Manage activities associated with System Health Teams. Represent Plant Support Engineering on outage management teams. Direct monitoring of plant systems to optimize system performance. Develop action plans and manage completion of activities required to resolve plant performance issues. Facilitate staffing activities and staff development. Direct the activities of the individual contributors within the group and coordinate station level responses across work groups. Conduct performance reviews, salary actions, and monitor individual contributor and direct reports performance. Coordinate and plan large work-scope projects and task teams. Prioritize and approve group activities and work products. Allocate personnel and budget to complete engineering activities and meet department/site goals.
