On-site Position Overview We are hiring a Computer Operator I to support IT operations in a fast-paced technology environment. This role is responsible for monitoring systems, following daily operational procedures, documenting issues, escalating problems, and supporting the Computer Operations team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with an IT background, recent technical education, help desk experience, networking coursework, or early computer operations experience who is looking to gain hands-on experience and grow in the IT field. Schedule This position will work 12-hour overnight shifts .
The schedule is:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Candidates must be comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and a rotating Wednesday schedule. Responsibilities Monitor enterprise systems and escalate issues as required. Assist with daily computer operations. Complete daily checklist tasks under supervision. Report system problems to the Senior Computer Operator or Supervisor . Track and document issues using a ticketing or tracking system. Assist with recovery activities needed to restore normal operations. Follow proper escalation procedures within Computer Operations and related departments. Provide support to senior computer operators as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Two-year technical degree or comparable IT experience preferred. 12 to 24 months of computer operations, help desk, technical support, IT support, or related experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts . Comfortable working Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM . Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must pass a criminal background check . Must pass an FBI-level background check to obtain a Gaming License . Must be able to complete required licensing as needed.
