Job Description

Location:
West Chester, PA Onsite Deskside/Desktop Support JD Comfortable with core onsite support functions (4 years+ experience) such as hardware triage, imaging, deployments, device replacements, Win10/11, iOS and direct end user interaction.
Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions, and update documentation as needed.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
