Job Description We are seeking an Application Support Analyst I (Junior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools, with beneficial exposure to FISERV products, and a proven ability to support customers, execute QA testing, and configure complex product settings accurately.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely, clear, solution-focused support to producer and retail customers. Execute QA testing for product enhancements and document results. Set up complex product configurations and customer online access per defined processes. Manage multiple tickets and tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, common web browsers, and Adobe tools. Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to follow processes completely and accurately. Experience with QA testing and documentation for product enhancements. Ability to configure products and provision customer online access. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a ticket-driven environment. Clear verbal and written communication with diverse customer groups.

Preferred Skills:
