Applications Administrator We're working on behalf of a client seeking a dedicated Applications Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise software solutions. Salary:

65-80k Key qualifications include: 2+ years experience with business application support or administration Strong communication skills, capable of training and assisting non-technical users Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with user access management, system configuration, or ticketing tools is advantageous Quick learner who adapts easily to new technologies and software In this role, the Applications Analyst will: Oversee daily operations of enterprise applications, ensuring smooth functionality Serve as the main point of contact for system support, resolving user concerns or coordinating with vendors Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings Monitor system activity, identify opportunities for improvements, and implement enhancements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and suggest system updates Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end users Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and cleanup activities Coordinate system upgrades, testing, and validation processes Generate reports, dashboards, and supporting materials for reporting needs Lead user acceptance testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement Track support tickets, enhancement requests, and system issues Ensure compliance with policies and data governance standards Support automation initiatives and process optimization Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and vendor relationships Assist with troubleshooting and system performance management Support in-house software quality evaluations and user account management Adapt to schedule changes as determined by management Don't miss out on an opportunity to enhance your career by joining a team committed to innovation and operational excellence.
