Job Description
The AV and Technical Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless technical execution of our schools vibrant campus life. This hybrid role divides time between managing audio-visual (AV) setups for school events (assemblies, presentations, performances, livestreams) and providing tier-1 technical support to our lean IT department. Reporting to the Director of IT, the ideal candidate is highly reliable, customer- oriented, and possesses the scheduling flexibility required to accommodate a school calendar's peak event seasons. This is a part-time position. The hours are no more than 20 hours per week, not exceeding 900 hours per year. The schedule includes a mix of daytime hours, evening events, and occasional weekends based on the school calendar. This is a staff non-exempt hourly position.
