Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Desktop Support Specialist to join our Site Support Team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is an on-site role responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for desktop and laptop systems, end-user devices, and collaboration tools across the office environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows and Mac systems, Microsoft applications, and video conferencing technologies. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and the ability to support both local and remote users across multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site desktop and laptop support for end users in the Charlotte office Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Windows and Mac devices Support Microsoft applications including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Office Suite Image PCs and assist with device setup, deployment, and replacement Provide support for video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx Troubleshoot and maintain conference room and video room equipment Support users in other office locations through remote access tools Work closely with the Site Support Team to ensure timely issue resolution and user satisfaction
Required Skills:
Experience in desktop/laptop support in an enterprise environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Office 365) Hands-on experience with PC imaging and deployment Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technologies Mac support experience Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
