Job Summary Seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide high-level IT support for the Office of the CEO. This is a hands-on, onsite role that requires a utility player mindset, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills for C-level interactions. When not supporting the CEO directly, you will assist the rest of the site with IT needs, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. Responsibilities Provide onsite desktop support for the CEO and other executives as needed. Serve as backup to the primary support technician. Support end users across the site with hardware, software, and AV issues. Manage and troubleshoot Mac systems and Windows environments. Provide support for Microsoft Suite, Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools. Maintain audio/visual systems for presentations and meetings. Communicate effectively with C-level executives and staff. Qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical industry 5-6 years of experience in IT support. Strong experience with Mac environments, including troubleshooting and maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom. Hands-on experience with audio/visual equipment and setups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to support multiple teams and adjust to dynamic priorities. Work Schedule Full-Time. 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote.
