Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Media / Inventory Coordinator to join our vibrant RV dealership marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital media assets, optimizing online content, and overseeing RV inventory related to digital campaigns. Duties Coordinate and manage digital media assets across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising channels. Monitor and optimize social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback. Oversee the scheduling and publishing of content using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Implement SEO strategies through keyword research and web analytics to enhance online visibility and drive traffic. Manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising, ensuring targeted reach and effective budget utilization. Maintain accurate inventory records of digital assets, promotional materials, and campaign resources. Support public relations efforts by coordinating content creation for press releases, media outreach, and branding initiatives. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to inform future marketing strategies. Proofread all digital content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication. Assist in e-commerce product listings by ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and inventory updates. Contribute to video editing projects for social media content to enhance engagement and storytelling. Skills Proficiency in SEO techniques and keyword research methods to improve search engine rankings. Strong knowledge of social listening tools and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer. Expertise in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. Experience with social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Ability to manage multiple digital advertising campaigns with platforms like Facebook Advertising. Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content output. Knowledge of branding principles and public relations practices to support brand consistency. Skills in photography and video editing to produce engaging multimedia content. Understanding of e-commerce operations related to product listings and inventory management. Strong relationship management skills for collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors.
