Salary:

$25 - $26 per hourResponsibilitiesYou ll be the brain that bike shops across the U.S. rely on. When a dealer hits a technical wall, they call you to save the day and get riders back on the trails.

Solve:

Diagnose complex hardware/software issues via phone and digital channels.

Consult:

Guide dealers through high-level product specs and warranty support.

Translate:

Turn technical data into clear, actionable solutions for shop mechanics.

Navigate:

Use advanced diagnostic software to provide rapid, expert fixes.
