Field Support Engineer Location Arlington, TX Salary:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

These are the qualifications that matter. Prior experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) is required. Bachelor of Science required; a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field is preferred. Knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems. Previous field service or customer support experience. Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts. Willingness to travel as needed. Here's what your work will look like on the ground. _•]:min-w-0 gap-3"> Serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, keeping communication clear and solutions moving. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues with confidence. Troubleshoot industrial machinery and software directly at customer sites. Provide on-site and remote engineering support to minimize customer downtime and keep operations running. Assist clients with network configuration and administration, including the setup of Windows and database servers. Document service activities and maintain thorough, accurate service logs. Conduct customer training on the company's software products as needed. Deliver services in alignment with company policies, procedures, and service manuals. Escalate technical issues and recommend improvements that raise the bar on support quality. Why This Job?
