Senior Eagle

STAR/PACE

Production Support Analyst Location:

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Type:

Full-Time Key Requirements:

6+ years of IT experience 4+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE Strong Oracle

SQL / PL-SQL

skills Experience in L2/L3 Production Support Knowledge of Investment/Asset Management domain Experience with Performance Reporting, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, and TWR concepts Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira Knowledge of Control-M or Autosys is a plus

Responsibilities:

Support and troubleshoot Eagle

STAR/PACE

production issues Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution Monitor batch jobs and validate data Support releases and deployments Work with business, development, and infrastructure teams Participate in Eagle

STAR/PACE

development activities (70% Support / 30% Development)

Recruiter Focus:

Target candidates with Eagle

STAR/PACE

support experience from Investment Management or Asset Management environments. Candidates with Eagle Performance or Eagle BA experience are also acceptable. Remote candidates can be considered.
