is a fast-growing IT staffing and consulting firm based in New Jersey. We re certified as an MWBE and SBE and specialize in providing skilled IT professionals to public-sector and enterprise clients. Role Overview We re looking for an experienced Government IT Bids & Contracts Specialist to support proposal development, manage
RFP/RFQ/RFI
submissions, and build relationships with procurement teams across different states. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to find and win public-sector IT contracts. Responsibilities Manage the full bidding process for IT staffing and consulting opportunities. Review solicitations, prepare proposals, and ensure compliance with requirements. Submit proposals through government procurement portals such as NJSTART, PASSPort, Bonfire, or similar systems. Build and maintain relationships with procurement and vendor management teams. Research new contract opportunities and maintain an active project pipeline. Support
MWBE/SBE
goals and programs as part of the bidding process. Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with government bids or contracts, preferably in IT staffing or services. Experience submitting and managing bids in multiple states (e.g., NJ, NY, or others). Familiarity with platforms like NJSTART, PASSPort, or Bonfire is preferred. Strong writing, organization, and communication skills. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
