Help Desk Support

Description Allowing self owning devices. Bring your own device will affect around 9000 lines that will need to be assisted with. It is a 2026 initiative and could last all year. These 2 will be working different shifts to support any calls that come in for device transition. These 2 will be giving permissions, routing numbers, and giving passwords and pins. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
