THE LOW DOWN
: We are a managed services provider looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide technical assistance to our customers when they have problems with their computers, printers, scanners, phones, and a host of other issues. In short, you resolve problems. The more problems you resolve, the more time our customers will have to take care of their customers. Since most of our customers are medical practices, you are in fact empowering them to provide the best care to their patients. In all reality, you impact people's lives. THE SKINNY
Get ready to learn a ton! We service the IT needs of hundreds of medical offices not only here in AZ, but around the country. We feel that the work we do in keeping their technology humming along helps empower them to deliver better care for their patients. Our customers range from very small (5 employees) to medium (100 employees) with multiple branch offices. The environments range in complexity. The position requires both occasional onsite (transportation provided) and remote work and is responsible for resolving technical issues with servers, firewalls, VPNs, anti-virus, line of business applications, wireless access points, etc. In short, we are responsible for installing, managing, and maintaining our end client's networks so they can focus on their core business.SKILLS TO MAKE YOU A GOOD FIT AND SUCCESSFUL

QUALIFICATIONS
Intermediate knowledge in routers, firewalls, other networking devices. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks. Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications. 1+ years experience in a technical role. Prior experience providing IT support to small businesses is preferred. Experience in Healthcare IT is a plus. One or more industry certifications, such as A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certs or similar certifications are a plus.DETAILS ON THE POSITION
Job opening is available immediately Office is located in Gilbert (Power & Guadalupe) Full time position (Hours of operation: 8 AM- 5 PM, Monday-Friday) Entry to medium level.
