Helpdesk Support Specialist

Technical Support Consultant Overview This role provides remote IT support handling day-to-day technical issues related to end-user systems, access, and operational technology. Key Responsibilities Deliver phone and ticket-based technical support Troubleshoot desktop, user access, mobile device, and application issues Support POS systems and related hardware Prioritize and escalate issues based on urgency and impact Follow established support and troubleshooting procedures Required Skills Experience supporting POS systems Windows desktop troubleshooting User account support (password resets, account unlocks) Mobile device management Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
