What You'll Do:

Provide Tier 1 support via phone, chat, and email Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and internet connectivity issues Handle password resets, installations, and user account support Document and resolve tickets in a structured system Deliver excellent customer service while managing high call volume

What I'm Looking For:

Customer service or call center experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic technical aptitude (IT coursework or certifications are a plus) Comfortable working evenings/weekends in a 24/7 environment Reliable internet and ability to work in a structured, metrics-driven setting
