25534 Job Description IT Asset Management Contractor II Onsite or Hybrid - Malvern, PA Contract | Special Project Pay | $40-$55/hr W2 We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to support a high-impact special project within the IT organization. This role will focus on IT asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and data management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and Excel-based analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented IT professional who enjoys working with data, ensuring compliance, and supporting enterprise asset management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support IT asset intake and ongoing asset lifecycle management activities Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy Perform software license reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and assisting with resolution Analyze and manage asset data using Microsoft Excel (tracking, reporting, reconciliation) Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are documented and aligned with business needs
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in IT asset management, software asset management, or related asset tracking roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, reconciliation) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
