We are seeking a dependable, professional, and people-focused IT Coordinator to support our growing client base of nonprofits, community organizations, and small businesses. This role combines hands-on technical support with client communication, organization, and operational assistance. We are looking for someone who is not only technically capable but also calm under pressure, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and confident in interacting directly with clients. This is a flexible part-time contract position with opportunities for growth as the organization expands. Responsibilities
  • Respond to client emails, phone calls, and support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with common IT support tasks such as password resets, account setup, device troubleshooting, printer issues, and software installation
  • Provide both remote and on-site support for nonprofits and small businesses
  • Manage and update support tickets, ensuring issues are documented and followed through to completion
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, recurring issues, and solutions
  • Assist with onboarding new users, device deployments, and account provisioning
  • Follow internal procedures and security practices carefully and consistently
  • Represent the organization professionally during client interactions Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain organized and dependable in a fast-paced support environment
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Ability to work independently while also communicating proactively with leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
  • Reliable transportation for onsite client visits
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in IT support, customer service, help desk, or technical coordination Familiarity with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • Windows troubleshooting
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Remote support tools
