We are an IT managed services provider based in Central NH. Our customers range from Eastern Massachusetts to Northern NH, and some onsite service calls are required. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' professional IT experience. The most desirable candidate is a collaborative team player, has strong customer service skills, and excels at communication and problem-solving.
Title:
Help Desk IT Technician Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, servers, networks, email security, and VOIP phone systems
  • Deploy and configure desktop, notebook, MAC/Apple workstations
  • Work with our Operations Manager for quoting of hardware and software
  • Manage or assist with customer and internal projects
  • Attendance at weekly in-person Team meeting
  • Ticket and customer account management (documentation)
  • Participate in weekend coverage rotation
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Thorough attention to detail and meticulous documentation skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
  • Cybersecurity protocols and solutions
  • RMM solutions
  • Configuration and deployment of VOIP Phone Systems
  • Networking concepts and design
  • Knowledge of secured networks with VLANs and QoS/bandwidth management
  • Experience with Apple/MacOS preferred
  • Experience with Autotask, IT Glue, Datto BCDR, O365, Fortinet, and REWST is desired but not required
