IT Support Specialist

This position focuses on supporting and maintaining our internal network environment of 85 - 100 users. The environment is Microsoft-based with design software programs for our creative-based employees. This is a direct network administrator role intended for someone with solid fundamentals and the ability to grow into customer-facing responsibilities.

Job Summary:

Support and maintain internal network. Administer Microsoft-based systems and services. Assist when needed in design software, Illustrator, Photoshop. Configure and maintain firewalls. Support on-premises data center operations. Support employees need desktops and laptops. Perform general network troubleshooting and maintenance. Configure and support customer routing, switching, and security system environments. Provide phone and on-site support for local customers. Maintain internal camera security system, entry access pass system and Employee monitoring and time tracking system. Assist with customer network upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Requirements:

3-5 years overall experience in IT or network administration Bachelor's degree in related field Valid driver's license Ability to travel locally to customer sites. Effective communication skills Comfortably providing phone and in-person support Professional demeanor when collaborating with customers.
