Responsibilities:
The IT Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that company technology infrastructure runs efficiently, securely, and in compliance with relevant standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Providing timely IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues faced by employees. 2. Managing company devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile phones—including inventory, configuration, and lifecycle replacement. 3. Controlling access to systems and software through account provisioning, deactivation, and permissions management. 4. Supporting data security initiatives in coordination with the Security Compliance team, ensuring best practices for data protection are followed. 5. Leading infrastructure setup and maintenance, including VPN configurations, server deployments, and backup systems. 6. Assisting with ISO and SSPA compliance efforts, including documentation, audits, and control implementations. 7. Conducting internal security audits and supporting vendor risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT-related risks. 8. Developing and delivering security policies and employee training to promote a strong cybersecurity culture. 9. Coordinating incident response and resolution activities, including documentation, root cause analysis, and communication. 10. Logging, tracking, and resolving service requests while keeping stakeholders informed of status updates. 11. Collaborating with the Operations team to support asset audits and maintain accurate hardware/software records. 12. Installing and updating software and hardware drivers across systems as needed. 13. Generating user accounts and ensuring IT readiness during employee onboarding and offboarding. Requirements 1. 3+ years of experience in IT support role 2. At least 1+ year of system admin role 3. Deep knowledge on enterprise VPN set up. 4. Familiar with IT/network devices 5. Familiar with commend center environment management. 6. Familiar with the process of Assets management
