This position includes working with the Technology team and corporate staff to support and maintain daily IT operations. There will be ample opportunities to increase knowledge and skills as Edustaff is a rapidly growing company. This will require the ability to adapt quickly and cohesively as a team to devise solutions to new problems.
Initial Projects:
Creating and maintaining email templates Implementing/supporting WPA Enterprise on corporate WiFi Inventorying and recycling old equipment
Responsibilities:
Respond to, document, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user support requests related to desktop applications, workstations, and equipment in a timely manner, escalating issues when appropriate Set up new users and computers and manage user accounts across software platforms Support internal web-based systems and troubleshoot data issues Create and run reports for internal departments using Tableau or SQL Document system and network configurations and maintenance procedures Assist with server and network equipment installs, upgrades, and maintenance Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2 years of education in related field or equivalent work experience Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Basic SQL knowledge Positive and professional demeanor
Preferred:
4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience Experience with scripting languages to solve problems Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications and services Experience with
Linux and Windows Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
