Key Responsibilities Provide high-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues via remote and on-site channels. Manage the full lifecycle of IT service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users. Oversee the deployment, imaging, and configuration of company workstations (Windows and macOS) and mobile devices. Administer user identities and permissions within Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Active Directory. Troubleshoot and maintain network connectivity, including VPNs, firewalls, and office Wi-Fi infrastructure. Support cybersecurity initiatives by managing endpoint protection and facilitating multi-factor authentication (MFA) rollouts. Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base and user "self-help" documentation.
Searched Skills and Requirements System Troubleshooting:
Expert-level ability to diagnose and repair issues within Windows 10/11, macOS, and standard office hardware.
Cloud Administration:
Hands-on experience managing enterprise environments like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Networking Knowledge:
A solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and basic network security protocols.
Interpersonal Communication:
The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members with patience and clarity.
Proactive Problem-Solving:
A mindset focused on identifying recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes rather than temporary workarounds.
Experience:
2-4 years in a help desk, technical support, or desktop engineering role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field; CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications are highly preferred.
