Hybrid schedule available after training IT Support Specialist duties Deliver daily technical assistance and user support to ASI employees. Train and guide users on computer hardware, software, and applications Provide consultation and support to all ASI computer users when computer or network problems arise. Troubleshoot access and functionality issues. Work with providers and/or users to remedy problems and prevent future occurrences Install and maintain computer software applications. Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems and applications Assist in maintaining the computer network to ensure access to and performance of all computer systems Monitor the anti-virus software to ensure all devices remain properly protected and virus-free IT Support Specialist qualifications and skills: Two years related work experience Must have working knowledge of and experience with MS software products demonstrated skills and experience in the administration and support of IT systems and networks Certification as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or the ability to obtain such within one year Ability to work well with a range of individuals at all levels within the organization.
