is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in technology, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions for community banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote support tools.
Troubleshoot issues related to:
Microsoft 365 Windows desktops and laptops Printers and peripherals User accounts and passwords Network connectivity Basic server and workstation functionality Create, update, and maintain support tickets within the PSA system. Escalate issues that require advanced technical expertise. Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities. Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices. Participate in routine maintenance activities and system monitoring. Assist senior engineers with client projects and technology upgrades. Document procedures, solutions, and customer interactions. Travel occasionally to client locations for onsite support and project work. Follow company security policies and industry best practices. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of Windows operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite visits. Ability to pass applicable background screening requirements. Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification. Experience in a help desk, customer service, or technical support role.
