We are looking for an IT Support Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with technology, and supporting end users across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, customer-service minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look exactly the same. What You'll Do Provide technical support through the MIS Helpdesk and phone support. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices. Execute and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly IT processes. Maintain and update IT operational procedures and documentation. Support VMware Horizon desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware. Monitor servers, peripherals, antivirus systems, and backup processes. Assist with ERP-related system processes within BC. Maintain IT inventory, supplies, and operational documentation. Support ongoing system maintenance and special IT projects. Collaborate with team members and other departments to keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and VMware View. Working knowledge of Apple products including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and macOS. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities. Experience troubleshooting PC, server, or printer hardware preferred. Education & Experience Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. Previous IT or helpdesk experience preferred, but not required. Strong computer literacy and technical curiosity are essential. Schedule Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Remote work available after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends Occasional overtime may be required Physical Requirements This position requires frequent walking, lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged sitting and computer use.
