IT Support - Tier I

IT Support Associate Roles and Responsibilities; We are seeking a motivated person for the entry-level position of IT Associate to be on-site and support the helpdesk and IT needs of staff; Answer phone and tickets in a professional manner Hands-on support for our eleven offices Deploy, maintain, and repair computer hardware Troubleshoot basic hardware and Windows software problems Manage user and computer accounts in Active Directory Maintain inventory using Lansweeper Manage anti-virus program Basic IP phone, printer, scanner support Document solutions Work with Citrix, VMWare, and Windows platforms Support Allscripts healthcare software systems Work together in a small team. Qualifications and Education Requirements Basic computer skills Customer Service oriented Must have a vehicle Willing to learn and apply IT training on the job Preferred Skills Communicates expectations with end-users Attention to Detail Multi-task Manages own time well Comp TIA A+ or similar certification Additional Notes Office hours 8 am - 5 pm Some after hours support for special projects
