IT Technician

At Shield, we're seeking a Technician with Consulting Experience to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do Utilize the Atera platform for ticketing, device management, and cyber security. Leverage AI & KB articles for issue resolution. Employ RMM tools to tackle client-reported problems. Provide onsite support when devices require physical intervention, such as laptop HDD replacements. Receive comprehensive training on all applications mentioned above upon hiring. What We Require 2 years of IT experience (e.g., Desktop Support). 1-2 years of Microsoft 365 experience. Familiarity with ticketing systems. Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, etc.). Willingness to obtain a Cyber Security Certification within 90 days of employment. Basic understanding of VPNs.
