These products enable car dealerships to operate more efficiently and effectively in a competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities:
As an IT Technician, you will be part of a team of IT professionals who provide in-house technical PC hardware and software support for Reynolds and Reynolds associates. You will respond to user calls and tickets to support, troubleshoot, repair and maintain end user systems. While your primary focus will be on support of end-user workstation devices, you will also be responsible for management of network devices, VoIP, Active Directory account and email administration and support a variety of applications. Opportunities also exist to work on special projects in which you will get to research new technology and solve more complex problems. We are looking for IT associates who are responsible, dependable, and committed to building a long-term career with us in the Information Technology field. You must be a self-starter and goal-driven team player with solid organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Training:
You will be provided with training for all aspects of the job regarding Reynolds based products. Focus will be on Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Network Administration, and PC, Printer, & Telephony support via hands on training. Additional training resources and opportunities are available for self-starting individuals wishing to excel.
Requirements:
2-year IT degree or equivalent experience; A+ Certification is a plus Professional, strong work ethic Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting Excellent customer service skills through verbal and written communication Must have a flexible work schedule with ability to work evenings or weekends with travel as needed Valid driver's license is required Requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, with occasional kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing Must be able to identify colors necessary to terminate and inspect Cat 6 cables Must be willing and able to sit at desk or be on your feet and walk for entire duration of shift Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
