IT Technician United Force - 5.0 Beverly Hills, CA Job Details Part-time | Temp-to-hire | Full-time $30 - $40 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Research Computer networking Full Job Description Job Summary We are a small MSP looking for a local Tier 1 (and some Tier 2) IT Technician to grow our tech team. You do not need to be a senior engineer, but you should be comfortable troubleshooting, researching, communicating with clients, and taking ownership of your work. We are a small team, so reliability, attitude, and follow-through matter just as much as technical knowledge. We will be looking to grow, so you'll have a growth path into either Tier 2/3 or Account management/TAM roles over time, if desired. Responsibilities Receive and resolve incoming IT issues across our clients; escalating when necessary. Self-teach when unfamiliar issues arise. Occasionally visit a client on-site for IT support. Self-motivate to learn, grow, and build during downtime. Skills You have IT Experience ; have been successful in a client-interaction IT role before.
This includes:
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite. Familiarity with basic/intermediate networking; we're not expecting network engineering, but understanding the fundamentals (and how systems behave on networks) is a must. Some level of person skills / professionalism : This isn't a sales position, but you will be interacting with clients daily. Personality fit, emotional intelligence, and humility is key. Drive and self-motivation : You will not be micro-managed, but you will be accountable for your time. We provide guidance and escalation support, but this role requires someone who can take ownership, use good judgment, and keep moving independently.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
