Provide the expert support in operations. Facilitate the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. Deliver outcomes of assigned projects. Enhance complex systems/processes. Represent SAP to customers. Advocate for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promote the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices, and integrate those into current and future development efforts. Execute technical feasibility studies / solution reviews. Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system / service / product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant and high available operations for and between system and cloud services. Facilitate agile engagement with the business. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must involve four (4) years in the following: Evaluating SAP architecture, identifying weaknesses, and improving opportunities; Advising customers on technical requirements, constraints, and supporting technical situations throughout lifecycle; Technical planning, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP solutions; Agile methodologies including Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and blended approaches; Managing and providing hands-on Architect level support of SAP related projects; Collaborating and coordinating with business and internal infrastructure teams to deliver stable, highly available business systems; S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools;

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,336•$195,976. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $141,336•$222,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
