- This is the targeted compensation range for this role per hour.
Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location. The Test Engineer will help establish, standardize, document, and continuously improve testing methodologies for data feed onboarding, production deployments, and defect remediation. This role will lead the development of testing standards, data validation strategies, and Azure DevOps (ADO) governance processes to support consistent, repeatable, and audit-ready testing practices. This role will help to establish the testing framework for the User Data Validation team and will help to build out procedures and processes to ensure completeness in testing. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience 5+ years of experience in technology & data validation testing Basic understanding of business and operating environment Effective technical skills working with various software programs Working knowledge of testing tools, dependent on the project/product Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL query development, data profiling, reconciliation techniques, and data quality validation. Advanced knowledge of with testing processes, including creating a test plan and opening bugs Experience following Systems Development Life Cycles Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and Defect Management Experience documenting testing methodologies, SOPs, and governance standards Advanced skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives, and information clearly and concisely ISTQB Foundation level certification (CTFL)

Advance level certifications (Agile Testing, Test Analyst, Test Manager)- DESIRED Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (ie., Leading SAFe, PO/PM, etc.)
