The position will play a vital role in supporting the Transdev Timekeeping solution along with the other software packages that IT Business Solutions supports. This position requires strong technical skills, good communication, attention to detail, strong problem solving, curiosity and coachability.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Support Provide onsite training and remote support to implement Transdev Operational systems including VDS, Mobi-Services, Time Keeping Portal, Vision, and other operational systems at Transdev locations. Work with the Manager of Software Implementation to ensure that the systems are functioning for the location within standard operating parameters and requirements. Provide onsite support and training for contract startups and shutdowns. Set up new accounts as necessary for new users in all platforms. Assist in the development and review of training materials, guides, checklists, and other documentation as needed. Review and test software systems, payroll rules as needed and requested. Work closely with the locations and project managers to identify areas for opportunity and improvement. Provide training and support for the sites can drive continuous incremental improvement. Provide training and support for locations that have deficiencies and deviations from best practices or Standard Operating Procedures. Help Desk Support Conduct the analysis, testing and verification, development, and implementation of payroll rule changes for existing contracts to ensure accurate payroll calculation. Ensure that the timekeeping system is correctly calculating and is compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements. Collaborate with other IT Business Solutions staff and other departments on required changes to contract rules. Provide training to IT Business Solutions and other department staff on required changes to contract rules. Review, test, validate and support payroll and accrual rules in the timekeeping system. Troubleshoot issues related to proprietary and additional software related to, not only the Timekeeping system but other software packages supported by IT Business Solutions. Provide training and assistance to locations with new management staff utilizing Transdev's timekeeping system, which includes proprietary TKP, VDS and Mobi Services. Set up new account as necessary for new users in all platforms.

Qualifications:

For Internal and External Candidates Minimum three years of experience in Customer Service or Training with payroll and analysis. Minimum three years of problem-solving working with a software package related to timekeeping and payroll Experience with ADP or similar payroll system. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with limited direction. Ability to work in a demanding environment with competing demands and timelines. Ability to effectively coordinate and manage system-wide software upgrades, deployments and interfaces Excellent oral and written communication skills, organization and interpersonal skills essential. Must have the ability to prioritize and deal with time pressures and daily system problems. Must have the ability to prioritize projects and deal with time pressures. Proficient knowledge and skill required with Windows operating system and MS Office programs. Ability to use and master specialty transit-related software applications. Travel requirement outside of immediate area up to 50% Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion and judgement. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required. This is a salary based exempt position and must be flexible to be available and be on call 24/7 to assist in computer network and emergency situations. Ability to work modified daily and weekly hours to cover all supported time zones. Previous experience with Transdev, VDS, Mobi Services, TKP, Power BI, and Vision are highly valued but not required.
