Work on client issues to make sure they are analyzed accurately to develop software solution recommendations. Partner with software development, product, application support and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of service. Craft, measure and exceed service standards and key performance metrics. Identify software product roadmap opportunities through client interactions and create feedback loop for Product Management. Work with Technical support and Operations groups to meet service level agreements (SLA) between Broadridge's systems and clients' software systems. Establish KPI in terms of customer service and satisfaction and work towards exceeding the goals by tracking and measuring results. Respond to software system problems and facilitate solutions for production support Issues. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Design and customize software with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. Implement change management practices within the team. REQS.: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience.
Previous experience to include:
understanding of financial services such as capital markets; Database system including SQL server; and browsing thru application server logs, and navigating and analyzing those logs to understand root cause of a problem to start and stop services. Position is based out of our Coppell, TX office but role holder may be eligible to work remotely with manager & HR approval.
