ROLE:
Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer Skills required: Office Suite Troubleshooting Windows Updates/Patching troubleshooting Wifi configuration and troubleshooting Desktop/Laptop imaging via Intune/Autopilot Printer setup and troubleshooting Teams/VOIP troubleshooting This is a high touch client that will also require strong customer service skill and quick adaptation abilities. Full training will be provided on workflow and process.
Duration:
2 month initial contract with possible extensions (most likely) Hybrid role with a few days onsite. Candidates need to have reliable transportation. Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5pm
