This role focuses on building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making, and improving technical workflows through automation, documentation, and user support. The candidate will also provide support for Keyence automation software, assisting various personnel with creating and maintaining automated workflows, and identifying new opportunities for workflow optimization with Keyence. Experience with Keyence software is not required. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with business stakeholders, understands data models and workflows, and enjoys translating technical solutions into practical outcomes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Power BI & Reporting Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and leadership decision-making Develop and optimize data models, DAX measures, and queries Refresh, monitor, and troubleshoot Power BI datasets and reports Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions Technical Workflow Support Support and improve technical workflows involving reporting, data intake, and process automation Assist with integrations between Power BI and data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, or other systems Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes Create and maintain documentation for workflows, dashboards, and technical processes Stakeholder & User Support Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide support, training, and guidance to users on Power BI reports, Keyence automation workflows, and data tools Troubleshoot issues related to data access, report usage, or workflow failures ________________________________________ Required Qualifications Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts Experience supporting or maintaining technical workflows or operational systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users Experience working with multiple data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, SharePoint, cloud platforms) ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Experience with SQL, Power Automate, or other automation tools Familiarity with data governance, security, or role-based access in Power BI Experience in a support, analytics, or operations-focused technical role Background in business intelligence, data analytics, or information systems ________________________________________ Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities Collaborative mindset with a customer-service approach Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes ________________________________________ What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Flexible work environment - possibility for hybrid work schedule Opportunity to work on meaningful data and process improvements Professional development and skills growth
