Job Description

Job Description The Azure Support Engineer will serve as a Level 2 escalation resource supporting Azure infrastructure projects and production environments. This person will help maintain, troubleshoot, automate and enhance Azure environments while supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle, including implementation, deployment, hypercare and operational transition. Day-to-Day
  • Act as the primary escalation point for Azure Level 2 support issues
  • Troubleshoot Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and PaaS services
  • Partner with Level 1 and Level 3 support teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain Azure environments and automation tools
  • Support production deployments and hypercare activities
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in infrastructure planning and technical discussions
  • Implement Azure security best practices

  • 4-6+ years supporting cloud infrastructure technologies
  • Strong Azure administration experience
  • Experience supporting: ○ RBAC ○ Azure Networking ○ Azure Security ○ Azure Storage ○ Azure Virtual Machines ○ PaaS Services
  • Windows Server and Linux administration experience
  • Experience troubleshooting production environments
  • ARM Templates, Bicep, and/or PowerShell scripting experience
  • Strong understanding of: ○ Network Security Groups ○ Firewall Rules ○ Access Control ○ Encryption
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills - Fluent English
  • Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104, etc.)
  • FinOps experience
  • DevOps exposure
  • Infrastructure-as-Code experience
  • CI/CD pipeline knowledge
  • Automation and provisioning experience
  • Experience supporting projects through deployment, hypercare and operational handoff
