Job Description

Job Description A customer is seeking a fully remote Claims Application Support Analyst.
  • Provide day-to-day application support across claims platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, service tickets, and user inquiries
  • Execute code deployments and system updates
  • Support testing cycles, including validation in lower environments
  • Assist with an upcoming system upgrade initiative
  • Maintain detailed documentation and audit evidence to support compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system performance and reliability

  • 5+ years of experience in application support or production support environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting claims systems (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong experience with
SQL / SQL
Server for querying and troubleshooting
  • Experience with testing cycles and system validation
  • Strong documentation skills in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Experience with Plexis Claim Manager (PCM)
  • Quantum Choice (QC)
  • Background working in legacy or client-server environments
  • Exposure to APIs or system integrations
