Salesforce Support Analyst (Application Support Analyst)
Location:
Hartford, CT Work Model:
Hybrid (minimum 1 day onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for Salesforce-based portals (Provider Portal, Parent Portal, and Single Entry Portal) Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis Support enhancements, testing, and feature rollouts Assist with UAT testing and release validation Work with developers, analysts, and Agile teams Handle issue tracking, documentation, and reporting using Azure DevOps and Jira Support onboarding and rollout of new
Single Entry Portal Key Deliverables:
End-user support resolution and troubleshooting documentation Issue tracking and triage in Jira and Azure DevOps UAT support and test cycle execution Knowledge base articles and user documentation Feedback tracking for enhancements and portal improvements
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supporting provider, parent, and Single Entry portals Participating in Agile ceremonies and backlog discussions Coordinating with technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements Ensuring high-quality user support and timely issue resolution
