Job Description
M-F, 8-5
with a potential for an alternate schedule such as 4 10-hour days. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Information Technology is preferred. Knowledge of current computer hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners, telehealth devices, and other peripheral equipment) and common software applications used in healthcare and school environments is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effectively assist school personnel and clinical staff with varying levels of technical knowledge.
