JOB DUTIES

SaaS Connectors; Organizational Maintenance; Virtual Appliance; Aggregations; Source Configures; Lifecycle States; Authentication; Workflows; and APIs. Work closely with all internal SailPoint teams including, Devops, Sustaining, and Engineering to solve issues; Leverage technical expertise of Information Security and Identity Access Management to provide best case support for complex issues prior to transferring to our Professional Services organization. Using knowledge of IAM tools, Databases (Oracle, MySQL) and Directories (LDAP, AD), provide technical enhancement recommendations and case scenarios on how to improve the Identity Now Suite of products and the documentation that supports it. Troubleshoot networks and represent support in global and inter-organizational issues, projects and work streams. Provide technical leadership and be a technical escalation point for junior members of the Support team. Represent Support in global and inter-organizational issues, projects and work streams. U.S. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering. 3 years of experience in: 1. Setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix 2. Network troubleshooting to include a deep understanding of fundamental networking concepts. 2 years of experience in: 1. IdentityNow or

IIQ 2. IAM

tools and technologies including SSO, MFA, privileged access management, and directory services 3. Network troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and Directories (LDAP, AD) 4. REST API's, web technologies including XML, SAML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, and HTML 5. Setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix including Linux, ability to handle various Databases including Oracle and MySQL.

Annual Salary Range:
