Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide comprehensive end-user support across multiple locations. This role combines hands-on technical support with remote troubleshooting to ensure reliable, efficient technology operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically versatile, and capable of supporting a wide range of IT systems and infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software deploymentsManage and prioritize IT incident queues, resolving Level I, II, and III technical issues across a variety of environmentsProvide on-site and remote support for end users, troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivityAdminister and support Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, application deployment, patching, compliance policies, and endpoint securityMaintain and support Active Directory environments, including user accounts, group policies, access controls, and authentication processesEnsure secure and efficient management of network resources such as shared drives, printers, and permissionsDevelop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for both IT staff and end usersParticipate in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projectsPerform other duties as assigned
