Job Description
As a Sr IT Project Management Specialist - Production Planning here at Honeywell, you will collaborate with and support IT project managers. You will work as part of project management office delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. You will report directly to our Director of IT, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona or Charlotte, North Carolina location.

For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F This role will support standardization, optimization, and automation of P2P processes— including Materials Planning, Manufacturing Execution & Quality Management as part of a multi‑yearSAP S/4HANA
implementation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. By supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term goals. •KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•+ Partner with the business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the business processes and priorities pertinent to the Project Planning and scoping activity. + Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency. + Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. + Drive global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable operations •YOU MUST HAVE
•+ Minimum 5 years of experience working in Information Technology, Supply chain , Engineering, Finance Or HR functions. + Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks, standards, and best practices. + Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. + Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies + Experience with MS Office (especially advance level in Excel), MS Project, PPT etc. •WE VALUE
•+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business , Supply Chain or a related field. + Experience in contributing toSAP S4 HANA
implementation or other ERP or IT projects + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results. + Experience with analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, Python. + Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks is desirable. •Travel, between 10 - 20%, may be expected.•The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.Job Posting date:
