In this hybrid role, you'll provide critical IT support across software and hardware platforms, ensuring smooth technology operations for our employees, contractors, and members. We're looking for a technically skilled, customer-centric professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always eager to learn and help. What You'll Do Resolve Help Desk tickets across Windows and macOS systems, prioritizing and escalating based on business impact. Support mobile devices (iOS, Android, and other platforms). Manage and maintain hardware/software inventory and lead device refresh cycles. Handle user setups, installations, upgrades, and maintain accurate documentation and procedures. What You Bring At least 2 years of IT support experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent). Excellent communication, grammar, and customer service skills—friendly, tactful, and solutions-focused. Ability to research and troubleshoot a broad range of technical issues, translate complex concepts into user-friendly language, and build rapport through effective listening and questioning techniques. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (including RDP), Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.), email systems, calendaring tools, and spam filtering. Experience with macOS, iPads, and mobile device support.
