My client is a small but fast growing company on a mission to serve churches nationwide with the tools and supplies they need to support their congregations. Behind that mission is a lean four person tech team running on modern systems like NetSuite, BigCommerce, and automation tools like n8n, and they are looking for someone with a true systems first mindset to grow into a key role on that team. This is not a sit back and wait for instructions kind of job. You would start by owning data integrity across the tech stack, learning how every platform talks to each other, then grow into building automations and AI driven workflows that make the whole operation faster and smarter. This company bets on mindset over resume lines and has a track record of growing raw talent into key contributors. What tends to make someone a great fit here Curious by nature.
