Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly communicative and customer-focused individual to support our proprietary large-format X-ray machines. While technical knowledge can be trained, strong soft skills are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing conversations professionally and confidently.
- Handle critical and challenging customer interactions without becoming flustered.
- Provide application support for Windows-based systems, including file structures and database-related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues during a structured 5-week training program and beyond.
- Handle 13-15 calls a day
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to control and guide conversations effectively.
- Comfortable managing crucial conversations and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Basic technical foundation in Windows environments and database systems (file structures, application support).
- Willingness to learn proprietary systems through comprehensive training.
Training:

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software (A+ background is great, but any training program or internship is a plus as well)
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct a wide array of IT user problems
- Ability to receive and utilize training proficiently to implement in the work environment
